A list of all the pertinent emergency numbers of course as well as those that, while not emergencies are just as important. Often the phone is their life line if they can not get out to visit people or to get to the grocery store.
Things to consider adding to the list:
- Doctor
- Pharmacy
- Children
- Police, Fire
- Handyman
- Attorney
- Snow Removal
- Neighbor
- Friend
- Grocery Store
Consider all that your loved one might need in the course of a week. From doctor to grocery store. From pharmacist to a good friend.
Consider that they need to easily see it, so have it typed up in large bold text. Have the list in multiple places around their home and make them aware of it.
